Florida GOP Rep. Booed at Town Hall Defending Donald Trump

Republicans across the country have been booed and heckled during recent town hall events following Trump's return to office, as polls suggest Americans oppose some of his key actions taken so far, including mass firings of federal workers and new tariffs.

Congressional Republican's own voters don't like what Trump is doing and are demanding Congress play its role in reining him in.

Trump sure is a Flip Flopper on those tariffs, right Republicans?

Congressional Republicans are getting to experience the wrath of their voters from coast to coast. Most, like MTG, are scared of facing their own voters and have ended meeting their constituents on breaks. What a bunch of chickensh&@s!!

Grassley was pretty pathetic in his answers to the crowd.

Liberals are flooding these town halls to cause disruption so stories like this can be written. Do you people even have a clue why your party's approval rating is at 21%? The majority of this country sees this stuff and the useless protests and says enough already. Get a better candidate next time and an actual platform.

Because it's a huge ------- waste of time. What good can come from a town hall meeting. It's like holding up the little paddles during Trump's speech. If people allowed others to speak it would be one thing but liberals just yell over everyone, that's the only way people will listen to them. It's one of the many reasons why Dems have a 21% approval rating. Yell and rant with zero substance.

Plus if you need to get an understanding of the issues by going to a town hall you are a brain dead moron. JPW, which one are you going to tonight?

You mean like the same liberals that rioted on Jan 6?

Keep telling yourself that lie and wake up surprised after the next set of congressional elections.

There's a lot of retarded people in every district. A 23 point win is 38.5 to 61.5 vote total or so. So 38.5% of his district is retarded

Clearly Trump is planning on getting through the midterms by bribing the American electorate with, maybe, $5000 in checks thanks to the "savings" that DOGE has pretended to work out. As it is, what they are calling savings are ofter life preserving benefits from the VA, Social Security, and the rest.
