Per the charging documents, AUSA Jeanine "Hic" Pirro could not prosecute Jan Carey for burning the American flag because an Executive Order is not a law. The word flag does not appear once in the Information: storage.courtlistener.com
Jan Carey served in the US Army from 1989 to 2012 and was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan while Dummkopf Trumpf shirked his patriotic duty in Vietnam by evading the draft thanks to his father arranging a medical deferment over spurious "bone spurs."
