... Those problems, wrote Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick, include "fundamental misstatements of the law" by a prosecutor to the grand jury that indicted Comey in September ...

What might the A.B.A. do when a lawyer acts in that manner?

Hey judge, shut up and hear the evidence.

"After James Comey's arraignment on Wednesday, experts warned that indicting everyone who has lied to Congress would dangerously overcrowd the nation's prisons."

@#2 ... Hey judge, shut up and hear the evidence. ...

Yeah, that seems to be the issue here.

The Judge heard the evidence provided by the Prosecutor, and determined there to be a "disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps."

The swamp is trying to prevent Comey from being held accountable for his crimes

Nothing. ABA does not oversee lawyer conduct state bar associations do.

On topic, the District Court Judge stayed the Magistrate's order with short briefing and hearing schedule. abcnews.go.com

Accountable for what?

What is the evidence your current alias has?

Oh, wait.

The Judge has ruled the evidence included is a "fundamental misstatements of the law" by a prosecutor.

That's what your current alias is hanging its hat on this evening.

"[F]undamental misstatements of the law?"

As always, many thanks for your correction of my comment.

A couple hours ago.

Yeah, it looks like this case may end up in front of SCOTUS.

What?

You mean appointing the former "personal assistant" to Pedo47 to prosecute her first criminal case turned out badly?

Shocking.

But Ms. Halligan looked great while in court--hair and face done, pencil skirt with a kick pleat, silk blouse with an Hermes scarf, and sensible pumps, and a real cute little briefcase that just said 'law lady'.

Only the best people, right, El Dotardo?

Remarkably: "At the University of Miami, Halligan interned for the Innocence Project and the Miami-Dade County public defender's office. She worked as a Deco Model in 2012. She competed in the Miss Colorado USA pageant in 2009 and 2010, reaching the semifinals and earning third runner-up, respectively." (from Wiki).

Miss Halligan helped defend convicts on death row as an intern for the Innocence Project. Now she prosecutes innocent people for the Trumpf junta.
