Trump says all the polls which show him with dismal ratings across the board including the new NYT/Siena poll is fake and he is suing them.

He might as well sue FOX News, too, because they also have him under water in everything except border control.

As an aside, I hardly think any lawsuit, ever if he could get a lawyer to put their license on the line for filing a frivolous lawsuit, would get past a judge's initial "Denied."

He's going to need all his brain power to use a blockade to stop all imports of oil to Cuba.

That doesn't appear to be legal. But then, when did that ever matter to Trump?

Or, will this be the straw that breaks the camel's back in the Senate.

I thought Nixon was as bad as the Republican Party could get...but he was a child compared to Trump's fascist impulses and actions. Trump won't be satisfied until his patron Putin is satisfied and that would mean America divided and in full Civil War.

Petulant F'n demented narcissistic POS. He wants North Korean style media, no bad news about the regime, he will get 110% of the vote in any election, a hole in one on every golf swing, a physique better than Chris Hemsworth. I just heard pollster G. Elliot Morris say that based on ALL the polling, if we had a presidential election today, Chimo Don would suffer a 1980 level drubbing. He is under water in 14 states that he won. And that's before we see that he was responsible for trafficking and raping children documented in the Epstein files. He still has further to slide, and he's obviously working harder than at anytime in his life to get to sub 20% polling.

For now, yes. But once he gets booted out, he's fair game.

I'm not sure how the statute of limitations might play a part, if at all.

Also . . . .

Florida's Judge Cannon's ban on disclosing the classified documents case is due to be lifted in February. That could open up another whole can of worms if allowed to proceed against "civilian" Trump and his co-conspirators at Mar-a-Lago who would probably rush to "Make A Deal" to save themselves.

It's no small wonder why Trump is pursuing his enemies list with such abandonment. With his poll numbers so far under water, he's facing the real possibility of impeachment if he doesn't find a way to stop the midterms in the next 10 months.

In short, he's fighting for his life which is, right now, flashing before his eyes. With a horned prosecutor wearing red leotards who looks a lot like Jack Smith leading the parade.
