So it would be smart for Republicans to allow abortion due to popular support for abortion rights, and Republicans can still run on the highly popular racism and trans hate dog whistles.

Repubs putting gay marriage on the ballot in an election year to help bush win? TOTALLY COOL.

"The anti-abortion project is the core engine of a brazen attempt by one religious clique that constitutes about a third of the population to impose their hardline faith-based beliefs on everyone else. Outside of the religious right who opposes abortion rights? Nontheists against women's full reproductive rights are as scarce as hen's teeth."

A strong turnout and strong approval would be a strong rejection of just about everthing Desantis stands for. I can hardly wait for November. If he wasn't so busy worrying about trans people and drag queens maybe he'd have time to focus on his job and deal with the property insurance crisis which is making home ownership unaffordable in this state.
