It's about time.

If some people can work from home, they should work from home. It saves the company money, and although it might cost more for the worker (e.g., air conditioning, internet, etc.), so what? The extra time more than makes up for it.

That frees up space for folks who have nowhere to live, and hopefully also bring down rents that are incredible.

And surrounding businesses will have to adapt.
