I will agree that these recent years the Republican Party has undergone a dramatic ideological transformation, from Conservative to MAGA.

I would also say that Pres-elect Trump's proposed Cabinet represents, not a transformation of the Republican Party, but more a radical transformation of some of those in the Cabinet to become members of the MAGA cult.
