Thanks to all of you who identified the distinctive tattoos from a previous post, the FBI arrested John Doe 49 AKA Christopher Lynn Driskill (48) of Texas. If convicted, this sexual deviant faces up to 30 years in federal prison.
A criminal complaint is merely an allegation of criminal conduct, not evidence. Mr. Driskill is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
