New York State Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has ordered Donald Trump to be sentenced for the 34 felony counts in his hush-money case on January 10, before his inauguration.

Wait until Trump gives Cash Pedal, FBI the names of all the Jurors that found him guilty of 34 counts.

And then the names of all 100's of Jurors across America that sent the J6 criminals to prison.

Yup. he pretty much said that the Trump lawyers were just presenting the same arguments that had been rejected in the past.

It's kind of weird to try to have a case thrown out after your client has been already been convicted by the jury.

... Merchan, in a two-page decision, noted that prosecutors had opposed delaying the sentencing and said it should go ahead as planned barring a last-minute successful appeal by Trump to a higher court.

"This Court has considered Defendant's arguments in support of his motion and finds that they are for the most part, a repetition of the arguments he has raised numerous times in the past," Merchan said.

"Defendant's motion for a stay of these proceedings, including the sentencing hearing scheduled for January 10, 2025, is hereby DENIED," the judge added. ...

There is. It's called due process. Trump's legal team will most certainly appeal this and that appeal will most certainly be granted.
