Wait until Trump gives Cash Pedal, FBI the names of all the Jurors that found him guilty of 34 counts.

And then the names of all 100's of Jurors across America that sent the J6 criminals to prison.

Fun times!

@#1 ... And the judge says GFY. ...

Yup. he pretty much said that the Trump lawyers were just presenting the same arguments that had been rejected in the past.

It's kind of weird to try to have a case thrown out after your client has been already been convicted by the jury.

... Merchan, in a two-page decision, noted that prosecutors had opposed delaying the sentencing and said it should go ahead as planned barring a last-minute successful appeal by Trump to a higher court.

"This Court has considered Defendant's arguments in support of his motion and finds that they are for the most part, a repetition of the arguments he has raised numerous times in the past," Merchan said.

"Defendant's motion for a stay of these proceedings, including the sentencing hearing scheduled for January 10, 2025, is hereby DENIED," the judge added. ...

Trump is going to enter office on January 20, 2025 as a convicted felon . . . 34 times.

There oughta be a law.

There is. It's called due process. Trump's legal team will most certainly appeal this and that appeal will most certainly be granted.

Suck it up. Until Trump screws up so bad that the Senate is forced by the public to pull a Goldwater/Nixon on him, American democracy is in for the roughest ride of it's life. Perhaps even terminal.

Definitely a new Constitution or one so heavily amended or redacted by a corrupt U.S. Supreme Court to favor the new fascist imperial regime until the end of time.

This is your tax dollars paying for a political party (GOP) on steroids, ruled by self-serving oligarchs, in conjunction with Russia. (America's new evil stepmother).

Welcome to a new social class called surfdom.

It's all part of the Theil process. Trump is a Trojan Horse. President Vance will close out the term.

The term Trojan fits this story in multiple ways. Trojan also doesn't fit and falls off if Stormie's testimony is true.

What an embarrassment to the office that has had many embarrassments.

Being concerned with having an Adjudicated Insurrectionist become Pres a second time is a legitimate concern for rational folks.

Would better be said about people who have no such concern.

And besides, insanity is a legal term, not a medical one, there in nothing 'clinical' about it.

In my final at-bat, as a rookie in a senior league, I hit a home run over the left-fielder's head, and tore my knee rounding second. I remember swearing to myself I was going to make it home if it was the last thing I ever did. Turned out, it was.
