Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Wednesday, May 14, 2025

Trump's speech at the Saudi-U.S. Investment Forum 2025 was about how Middle Eastern cities like Riyadh and Abu Dhabi grew because of their own hard work, not help from Western countries. He said these cities did well by sticking to their traditions and making their own plans, like Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, which funded projects such as the Riyadh metro. He also criticized Western countries for causing problems in the region, especially the Iraq War, which led to a lot of harm, like over 300,000 deaths and instability. Trump called the Middle East's progress a "modern miracle," saying it shows they can build a better future by focusing on their own culture and ideas, not relying on outsiders.

Cool, is he going to close all our foreign military bases? That would save a ton of cash. Is it a DOGE priority?

What he means by ending globalism is that he and the other authoritarian leaders have divided up the world pie between themselves already.

And all pie is good pie.

Their own hard work LOL.
The West buying Oil is the help.
The "hard work" is done by imported labor from Southeast Asia.
