Sounds wonderful. Lets build more places to experimentally blow things up, experimentally blow more things up, cut back on the rules for experimentally blowing things up, and give control over blowing things up experimentally to those kind and benevolent corporations that care so very much for the environment and public safety.
This all sounds like a brilliant idea that couldn't possibly lead to any issues whatsoever.
