Town officials said Wednesday the First Amendment bars the local government from removing a resident's yard sign referencing links between convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and political figures. Officials said they determined the content of the sign is protected speech after a "thorough review" that was launched in response to multiple complaints submitted to town police and the zoning department.
