Socialism is defined "as a system of social organization in which the ownership and distribution of property and income are subject to social or political control." Trumpf's socialist tactic is applying a Band Aid to a corpse. As well as driving up their health insurance premiums, the 'BBB' will permanently impact rural hospitals that farmers need. The tariffs have fueled inflation that is reducing farmer's, and every American's, purchasing power. This is a solution that temporarily benefits a narrow bandwidth of the American electorate.
