Good-for-nothing bloodthirsty drunkard Pete Hegseth called a meeting of junta officials to request a rare exemption to the Endangered Species Act (ESA).

The fossil fuel industry and fat cat oligarchs haven't made enough for themselves over the century while destroying our planet

Only given two exemptions to the ESA have been given since 1978. One was for the whooping crane threatened by the creation of a dam, and another was for the spotted owl at risk from a logging project.

This is who the Trumpf junta will murder if the ESA is waived for the oil and gas companies drilling and operating in the Gulf of Mexico: NOAA

There are less than one hundred of these rare cetaceans remaining on the entire planet and they all live in the Gulf of Mexico.

If I read the brief correctly they wanted to remove restrictions around the oil production in Texas/La area.

This is the Rice's Whale Range.

CornInMyAnus might need to explain why the TRO would be threatening the whales in The GulfOfAmerica?

There could be other species threatened, such as the Redfish, Crabs, Shrimp. But I don't see the whales being part of that list.
