Corporations can sue in Federal Court to enforce international law.
Citizens cannot sue in Federal Court if a US company facilitates another country surveilling or torturing them
The SC has gutted Congress' spending clause powers. An individual cannot sue a government agent who violates a right established and enforced by a Congressional spending power law.
Ex. Congress passes a law that funds a program for states that comes with restrictions/requirements on the states for them to obtain/use the money.
if the state agent does not follow those requirements, say by denying a religious liberty right, the person subjected to the violation cannot sue the state agent/entity.
This completely defangs any spending clause law that congress enacts, since the recipient of the funds can ignore the restrictions without ramification.
Thanks magat scum, you are destroying our country
