Dummkopf Trumpf submitted a civilian nuclear cooperation agreement with Saudi Arabia to Congress for review. The classified pact is aimed at bolstering Riyadh's nuclear program but remains contingent on Saudi Arabia normalising relations with Israel. Saudi Arabia demands Israel must recognize the State of Palestine.
