Former President Donald Trump was accused in a lawsuit on Wednesday of trying to "drastically dilute" the value of stock shares in his social media company held by the firm's co-founders, potentially depriving them of hundreds of millions of dollars in profits.

Architect of Trump's social media deal sues to block transaction

A former executive of the blank-check acquisition vehicle that plans to take Donald Trump's social media company public sued to block the deal until he obtained a larger payout, according to a lawsuit docketed on Thursday in Delaware.

ARC Global Investments II, which is controlled by Patrick Orlando, said it was being short-changed the amount of stock it should receive in Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) once it merged with the former president's Trump Media & Technology Group Corp (TMTG).

Dementia don is having a bad month.

He could have spent out the rest of his miserable life golfing, ripping off the taxpayers and banks and his charity and died with the aura of being successful around his bloated sack of triglycerides. But nope...he had to expose all of his criminal actions to the light of day by running for president.

We will never know if it was his idea or Putin's to ruin his life.

What a greater way to humiliate the US than to install a puppet "billionaire" into the whitehouse to create world chaos then destroy him publicly?

Putin still sees some viability to his second try (it's worth a shot for him to take over Ukraine and Poland), but his candidacy is more toxic to the US than the dying decaying fetus's that women are forced to suffer with in Texas.

WHEN is the Media going to start 'Murica-splaining that all these billions of investment money are coming from China, Russia, and the Saudi Families via Kuwait?

Including the 3 billion that will go to Trump personally.

Pride goeth before the fall. Trump's entire life has been about his ego. He is a Shakespearean tragic figure, cursed by his obsession with status and trying to prove to people (and himself, apparently) that he's as important as he says he is.

Nothing can interfere with this pursuit, including laws and ethics. Unable to resist the allure of the nation's highest political office, he is inevitably exposed as the fraud he has always been, ruined by his smallness.

Not only that but he got rejected in 2020 and his image of himself took a terrible blow, setting him on a psychotic path of revenge.

No question, TwinPac. It's fascinating to watch, but unfortunately he has done tremendous damage to the country in the process. He has forced the Republican Party to surrender whatever credibility it once had and led tens of millions into a fantasy world where truth and honor are irrelevant.

I disagree with the part that says, "He has forced the Republican Party to surrender."

There was no such thing.

The GOP conspired with Vladimir Putin to destroy democracy long before Trump. Trump was just the hammer they needed to drive the nails in the coffin. (Greedy, traitorous, insecure, ego-maniacal, sociopathic, power hungry, self-absorbed, lout of a man who had grandiose visions of himself as Dictator of the richest country in the world with a military strength to match.)

As such, the GOP could not afford to have a two-party system and Russia could not afford to confront the military strength of the U.S. backed alliance of Europe.

So the deal was made.

The mission all along has been to destroy both ~~ the two-party system AND NATO. The GOP certainly thought they picked the right man to do it. Except for the fact that Trump has a bent for self-implosion ~~ which is what we are witnessing, right now, at this stage of the GOP/Russia joint mission.

Twin, I was trying to say 45 has forced the GOP to come out of hiding and face the fact that it's not the moderate party it has tried to portray itself as.

Thanks. Now I understand your post better.

Yes, Trump has forced the GOP further out of the woodwork than they intended ~~ past the fail-safe point of no return actually. The psychotic monster they created is giving them no choice. 2024 is going to be a do-or-die election for the GOP.

After the 2016 election and Trump failing to put adequate effort into removing the U.S. from NATO ~~ along came the Helsinki private meeting with Vladimir Putin in July 2018 whereafter Trump emerged looking like a whipped puppy with its tail between its legs.

Then 2020 where Trump was defeated.

And now 2024, with the same game plan still in place.

It's no surprise to me why Trump is fighting like his life is at stake to win in November 2024. Maybe it is.
