Second Judge Bars Trump Use of Alien Enemies Act
A second federal judge determined President Trump exceeded his authority in using the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to deport Venezuelans alleged to be gang members, blocking the administration from using it in the Southern District of New York.

Just two courts? It doesn't count until it is at least three...or four....or five? The Trump administration just doesn't care about no stinkin courts!

An article published on Bloomberg describes the 200 cases where Der Dotard has lost in court, and we're just over 100 days into this administration. I'm confident that with the Jeanine Pirro cocktail hour in the DC courts that the losses will keep coming. Imagine the thoughts of the DOJ lawyers who have to go to court time after time with no case, and then get humiliated by federal judges, and then have to return to the office and explain to some drunk, screaming 73-year old why they lost. There will be many more government functionaries that will have a black hole on their resumes, for their time tending the Dotard's dumpster fire...

Fox News does seem to be a stable full of candidates ready for appointments to offices for which they have no experience or training for but the can all kiss some Trump ass very well! I honestly wonder? Why isb't Sean Habbity Sec. of State instead of "Little Marco?"

Yeah, imagine the deterioration of mental capacity that apparently needs to occur to place Ms Pirro in any significant governmental position.
