Lawyers for the DOJ said "neither ICE leadership nor its field offices" were directed to meet any numerical quota for arrests.

This is a typical case of FAFO.

The midterms are coming. And they are FINDING OUT that the illegal arrests and the current jack booted thug look is not playing well with Americans.

Trump is two-faced. What he says out of one face is opposite of what the other face tells the DOJ or ICE.
