I posted an ABC article. How is that lying?

A lie is a lie no matter who says it.

The case has not been "overturned" or "thrown out".

The ruling was that the fine was excessive. So the funny need to be adjusted accordingly.

Fraud was committed and the case is still active and this particular ruling will be appealed again.

It's not over until it's over.

" The case has not been "overturned" or "thrown out". "

Well duh. The fine has been vacated. Headlines are limited to 60 characters so I am not able to fit all of the pertinent info into the headline due to that restriction. Your beef is with Rcade.

"Well duh. The fine has been vacated."

That's not the same as overturned.

The truth was only three characters away, but still too far for you.

It's odd that there is a character limit for headlines but not for the body of a post.
