"Trump was elected on promises, since repeatedly pledged, that he would fight for workers and forgotten Americans.
But many labor advocates say that Trump has consistently put corporate interests first in his second term as he has taken dozens of actions that hurt workers, often by cutting their pay or making their jobs more dangerous."
"Despite his vow to help coal miners, Trump halted enforcement of a regulation that protects miners from a debilitating, often deadly lung disease.
He fired the chair of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), leaving the US's top labor watchdog without a quorum to protect workers from corporations' illegal anti-union tactics.
Angering labor leaders, Trump stripped one million federal workers of their right to bargain collectively and tore up their union contracts."
;;
Workers don't give hundreds of millions of dollars to Trump in single checks, Billionaires and Corporations do.
And for that, the Fortune 500 are paying less in percent of taxes than are many workers.... some pay no taxes at all, but get money back.

Labor Day is Woke. Just like Juneteenth. Speaking of Juneteenth, Americans should be working today, not being lazy like the Blacks.

"Labor Day is Woke. Just like Juneteenth."
Just like every decent American human being who hasn't been brainwashed as a child by hateful, racists, homophobes, transphobes or xenophobes! I feel sorry for them but help is available there is no reason anyone has to go through life that way!I would imagine that carrying around all that hate must be painful.

... [Verse 1] Some people say a man is made out of mud A poor man's made out of muscle and blood Muscle and blood and skin and bones A mind that's weak and a back that's strong [Chorus] You load sixteen tons, what do you get? Another day older and deeper in debt Saint Peter don't you call me, 'cause I can't go I owe my soul to the company store [Verse 2] I was born one morning when the sun didn't shine I picked up my shovel and I walked to the mine I loaded sixteen tons of number 9 coal And the straw boss said, "Well-a bless my soul!" [Chorus] You load sixteen tons, what do you get? Another day older and deeper in debt Saint Peter don't you call me, 'cause I can't go I owe my soul to the company store ...
