USDJ Gary Brown, who was appointed by Dummkopf Trump in 2019, issued a 24-page ruling vehemently castigating DHS for refusing to provide photos of a holding room that illegally held a noncitizen for multiple nights, calling it "putrid and cramped."

"ICE held them, day after day, without access to bunks, bedding, soap, showers, toothbrushes or clean clothes. The space is unheated or poorly heated at night, while the outside temperature dropped to as low as 21 degrees. To the extent they could sleep, they did so, crammed on the filthy floor, while the lights blared 24 hours a day. After nearly 35 years of experience with federal law enforcement in this judicial district, I have never encountered anything like this," Brown wrote.

"Therefore, it is further ORDERED that as part of the above-described 30 December submission, counsel for respondents shall SHOW CAUSE why the Court should not consider entering an order of contempt or some other remedy in connection with ICE's failures to follow its orders in this case. Response by counsel for Petitioner (as well as any amicus submissions) shall be filed on or before 12 Jan 2026, after the filing of the above-described submissions."

No wonder the number of fatalities in these concentration camps are going up. A DR posted in a separate thread that four poor souls in ICE custody died in just one week.

FIFA 2026 starts in a few months.
