Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News

L.A. County Public Defender Noah Cox noticed the disturbing trend. Many of his clients seemed to struggle answering even the most basic questions about the crimes they'd been charged with, questions like, "Where were you that day?" It seemed, Cox said, "like they were having troubles related to some sort of intellectual ability."

Intellectual disability is identified by significant limitations in both intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior.

Intellectual functioning is measured with individually administered and psychometrically valid, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, psychometrically sound tests of intelligence. While a specific full-scale IQ test score is no longer required for diagnosis, standardized testing is used as part of diagnosing the condition. A full-scale IQ score of around 70 to 75 indicates a significant limitation in intellectual functioning.2 However, the IQ score must be interpreted in the context of the person's difficulties in general mental abilities. Moreover, scores on subtests can vary considerably so that the full-scale IQ score may not accurately reflect overall intellectual functioning. Therefore, clinical judgment is needed in interpreting the results of IQ tests.

NB4 shrill shriek

some would compare the IQ heatmap to the Temperature heatmap to posit correlation, attributing both low-IQ and melanation to climate.

I would suggest, however, to consider IQ statistics in relation to consanguineous reproduction, independent of skin-tone.

So the crime rate relates to all three -IQ, skintone, and inbred heritage -in a perfect storm of dysfunction, but the top prize goes to high-IQ non-inbred people who promote importation of those unable to understand or assimilate properly, and subsequently hold the criminal offenders unaccountable.

The problem with "Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity" is that the subjects are not adequately supervised or monitored after they are released. This guy walked through a parking lot randomly shooting into cars in 2022, fortunately only hurt one person. Because he was not competent to stand trial, he was diverted to outpatient mental health treatment, wherupon a doctor soon determined he was no threat to society and released him from further treatment. Fast forward and he murders 3 tourists. Https://www.fox35orlando.com/news/osceola-sheriff-kissimmee-triple-shooting-was-random-cold-blooded-
