Trump has put people in charge of law enforcement who do not understand the US justice system. They only understand taking orders from Dictator Don.

It used to be that working for the DoJ was a prestigious job. Not anymore. Lawyers are fleeing the agency and they can't find qualified attorneys to replace them.
A lot of criminals are going to avoid prosecution because Trump has destroyed the effectiveness and reputation of the DoJ.
