When you're working, you're a Baptist. Management, you become Presbyterian. Whiskeypalians are the business owners.
Class in US religion. Or lack thereof.

Hi DBT2:
Never heard that one but it makes sense. Someone on drudge.com informed me that the Latino community has an internal hierarchy: Cubans at the top and Mexicans at the bottom. Guess the Ricans and Dominicans are in the middle somewhere.
Your comment reminded me of Tom Wolfe's Bonfire of the Vanities. The novel is better than the film adaptation.
The unpopular Bronx DA is Jewish and running for re-election. He is used to dealing with the "-----, "Schwarzers," "Micks," "Guineas," Catholics, and Jews, all a socio-economic mosaic he can easily decipher.
When wealthy Wall Street investment banker Sherman McCoy accidentally runs over a black boy in the South Bronx, people are outraged and demand prosecution. This is the DA's chance to secure re-election.
NYPD detectives track him down because a witness provided a partial license plate number and the vehicle was a sports car.
When the Bronx DA learns the name of the hit-and-run suspect is "Sherman McCoy," he is flummoxed and at an utter loss.
"What, what kind of name is that?" he demands of the NYPD detectives.
"Um, well Sir, er, it's a white name. He's a white guy. Probably Episcopalian or something." [sic]
"A what?"
