** BREAKING: SCOTUS lets abortion pill mail delivery continue **

May 14 (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday allowed the abortion pill to be prescribed through telemedicine and dispensed by mail, restoring for now a 2023 federal rule challenged by Republican-governed Louisiana that had made access to the medication easier.

The justices granted requests by two manufacturers of the abortion pill, called mifepristone, to lift a lower court's block on the rule that was issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration during Democratic former President Joe Biden's administration, while the legal challenge plays out.

The two hyper-conservative Justices are reacting to this decision like it's a deliberate hurt to their majesty.

We know what narcissists are and we know how to screen for them.

In the future, better, world----No more of them in government.

Justice Thomas, dissenting.

What did Thomas say about abortion when he was being nominated. All I can remember is the pube on the Coke can.

Roberts and the rest of the Fascists on the Court just politicians and they already gave their Fascist loving base victories against voting rights so there was 5n5o glaring n5eed to piss off Big Pharma so 1they decided 1to save 1this 4issue which 0Trump wants to 0save for a later date when the MAGAmorons .aren't still celebrating the gerrymandering victory that the Supreme Court just .handed them which they can use to preserve their majorities in both Houses of Congress. After all-, they can further undermine what little of women's rights that still exist, later. It is interesting to me that. the Postal Service is so central to two major issues that progressives care about; i.e.: voting rights (mail-in ballots) and abortion rights both of which Trump can deal with through control of he Postal Service which he will have very soon.
If this country doesn't force him to leave office in 2028 then democracy is doomed in this country.

postal Service
