When the Rule of Law is left to the discretion of the Exwcutive Branch then there is no rule of law. At least as colonists the Magna Carta offered us some protection from a crazy King but without the courts we have no protextion from a Wannabe King!

George Floyd's case was tragic but how many similar cases occurred that we never saw on TV?
