Drugs are easy.

Working out and eating well is hard.

Gracie used meth to drop a couple hundred.

Still has a weigh to go.

Actually sort of sad that pharmaceuticals are replacing aelf-discippline. Will other forms of self-control also be replaced by drugs? Not a good future we seem to be entering. I predict that those losing weight now with Ozempic will, unfortunately gain it back without continued use of the drug which will then require a new Weight Watchers....Weight Watchers NA!

No drugs here.
Through Weight Watchers and exercise I've lost 35 lbs. and kept it off. Sad to think back on all the crap, in small amounts, I put into my pie hole. Weight Watchers works for me...

215 to 170. I miss bread though.

My guess is, things like Ozempic will become a horror story in about 5 years.

They went through the same thing in the 70s when women were given cocaine.

This is too bad since current studies are showing the drugs can't be used forever and the loss is quickly regained once stopped.

It's another convenient fix, not a real fix.

It's also not always sufficient.

Working out and eating right helps, which not bragging here but I've tried to keep the discipline to do it all my life. I still can get into my 1967 mil fatigues from basic T, not claiming they are a superb fit though.

I agree with others that these meds will have likely have fallout.

Another downside about using drugs for weight loss is the behavior isn't changed.

Users of these weight loss drugs report gaining the weight back once they've stopped taking it.

I once bragged here on losing a lot of weight with ozempic. I gained it all back and now I have stomach issues. It's not worth it if you asked me. Not worth it at all.
