Ford has refused to fire the factory worker who heckled President Donald Trump last month. Thomas "TJ" Sabula, 40, was suspended after calling Trump a "pedophile protector," but United Auto Workers Vice President Laura Dickerson says the 40-year-old is back working and does not have a negative mark on his personnel file. Cameras captured Trump, 79, responding to the heckle by flipping Sabula off at a plant in Dearborn, Michigan, and saying, "F--k you." Dickerson said that the president also told the auto worker, "You're fired." The union leader told a Washington crowd on Monday that it would never happen. "This ain't The Apprentice," Reuters reports Dickerson said, referring to Trump's pre-politics life as the host of the reality TV show.
Thousands of pro-lifers came for the Jan. 23 march and concert at the National Mall and now the D.C. Department of Health has reported multiple cases of the potentially fatal disease reported in the weeks after, The New Republic reported. "The march is a big event for religious conservatives, this year attracting politicians such as Vice President JD Vance, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Republican Representative Chris Smith," according to The New Republic. "Many on the right oppose vaccination, with some citing religious reasons, making the march a possible hotbed of measles infections." "DC Health was notified of multiple confirmed cases of measles whose carriers visited multiple locations in the District while contagious," the department said in a press release Sunday. "DC Health is informing people who were at these locations that they may have been exposed."

He faces five charges, including creating or distributing child pornography, using the internet to control explicit images of someone under the age of 16, as well as gun-related charges, including possessing a sawed-off shotgun, possession of a dangerous weapon, and having a firearm without a serial number. "I've known him for about four years, and it's devastating," said Pahrump resident Edward Bevilacqua. "These are horrific allegations." "I can't believe the sheriff would do something to this gravity without evidence, without going through the procedures, and I think the charges speak for themselves," said Leo Blundo, current chairman of the Nye County Republican Party.

The psychological concepts of projection and reaction formation explain a lot about today's politics. People loudly insist they're determined to protect liberal democracy while advocating policies that would trample it. So it is with the European Union's Digital Services Act. The U.S. House Judiciary Committee last week released the EU's previously secret full decision to issue the first fine under the DSA to X (formerly Twitter) in December. It confirms what critics have warned: This law threatens everyone's basic liberties. Yes, everyone's"even those far from Europe. The sprawling 2022 law pushes social-media platforms to enforce European speech laws worldwide
Recent regional special elections have seen Democratic candidates win a number of special election races. Now energized left-wing politicos remind the nation daily that every incumbent president, except three over the last century, has suffered substantial midterm losses in Congress. Polls show President Donald Trump suffering an average 11-point negative unfavorability rating. So Democrats promise to soon stop all new legislation and end Trump and his counterrevolution itself. But the left will never offer any alternative agenda on the economy, the border, crime, or foreign policy. Instead, the new Democrat-Socialist Party views the Biden disaster of 2021-2024 not as a result of his puppeteers' toxic policies of open borders, 21 percent aggregate inflation, dead-end green energy subsidies, DEI mandates, trans fixations, and an appeasing foreign policy that led to wars abroad and emboldened China.
With the political temperature rising and old grudges suddenly back in play, President Donald Trump struck an unexpected note of restraint " appearing to soften his tone toward longtime enemies Bill and Hillary Clinton just as the couple prepared for their expected congressional testimony tied to the Epstein files. The reversal was jarring, coming after a relentless campaign in which Trump repeatedly tried to drag Bill Clinton into the Epstein scandal, claiming again and again that Clinton visited the island 28 times.
