Stonekettle Station: We're barely four months and some change away from the most important election of your lifetime. And you want to dump the one guy who has managed to win every single election he's ever been in, and who beat Trump last time around? ... I don't think I'm out of line here asking to see what you plan to do after that.

I've looked at the latest polls and it really does look like Biden is going to pull ahead.

It seems people compared Bidens bumbling to trumps lies.

And picked the mumbler over the mass murderer.

Not only did he not win attempts to run for President, I distinctly remember him basically being thrown out of one race in particular for lying/plagiarism.

Biden isn't going anywhere. His prime focus for the last 50 years was for Joe Biden to be POTUS. He won't give up something he's needed for so long.

I'm voting mostly for the platform. Doesn't much matter who the candidate is.

Fair enough, but the only way you get to implement the platform is by winning the election. To that end, the candidate does matter.

The primaries are over.

The delegates are already pledged.

You had your vote.

There's no time. There's no mechanism for a do-over primary. If we're going to replace Biden, we have to do it now and democracy just isn't fast enough, even if liberals could actually agree on anything

#19 What primaries? There was no Democratic primary at all in some states, and many more had only Biden on the ticket.

Both in 2030 and 2024, Biden had no real competition in the primaries. the other contenders quit early (or were forced out by the Democratic machine)

2020 there were Democratic Primaries. No Republican primaries.

2024 there were Republican Primaries. No Democratic Primaries.

In 2020 Bernie won the first two primaries in Iowa and New Hampshire, Biden won in South Carolina. Bernie was set to win California when the DNC canned the primaries due to Covid and handed Biden the nomination.
