Jack Smith's Stunning New Evidence Against Trump

A federal judge unsealed a 165-page motion pertaining to Donald Trump's January 6 trial on Wednesday, revealing details and co-conspirators connected to the former president's 2020 election subversion

""The release of this falsehood-ridden, Unconstitutional, J6 brief immediately following Tim Walz's disastrous Debate performance, and 33 days before the Most Important Election in the History of our Country, is another obvious attempt by the Harris-Biden regime to undermine and Weaponize American Democracy, and INTERFERE IN THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION," Trump posted.

My only thought: he's trying to now accuse Democrats with trying to interfere in an election@! Absolutely hilatious!

And that's with the Get Out Of Jail Free card the blank-check McConnell justices weighing down the scale in favor of judicial corruption created just For him.

Poor Ol' Orange Julius can't catch a break. Waaaaaaaaaaah! Sad.

"As MAGA rioters swarmed the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, chanting their demand to "Hang Mike Pence!" a Trump aide received word that his running mate had been moved to a secure location for his safety, according to the filing.

The aide "rushed into the dining room to inform [Trump] in hopes that [Trump] would take action to ensure Pence's safety."

Instead, after the aide delivered the news, Trump allegedly replied, "So what?"

'

"There are lots of jaw-dropping things; you've named some of them. You know: So what' if this vice president is hung? It doesn't matter' whether we've won or lost. That's just a sampling; it's the tip of a horribly large and scary iceberg," Tribe explained.

In the filing, Trump allegedly made a comment to his family members that "it doesn't matter if you won or lost the election, you still have to fight like hell."

"Mike Pence Repeatedly Tried to Make Trump Accept Defeat " Jack Smith Filing

Special counsel Jack Smith's team listed multiple alleged discussions Trump and Pence had in the post-2020 election period, including an apparent "face-saving option" from Pence that the former president should not publicly concede but "recognize the process is over."

They must not be payng attention. Talk show lawyers have come up with all kinds of defense suggestions.

The most popular was, "I didn't tell anyone to do anything. Everybody acted on their own."

I'm up to page 37 of the PDF. Fascinating reading. Most of the stuff we already knew by piecemeal. But it was enlightening to read it all in chronological order. I was surprised by how much Pence was involved in the Jack Smith investigation. I always thought Pence would be the sphinx in the case.

"Where all the MAGATs at?"
ny
They're home koading up their "shootin irons" and making thei lists of folks who have Harris signs in their front yards, election workers home addresses and Trump prosecutors in preparation for the civil war many of them openly desire. Don't underestimate the crazy in the MAGAterrorist cult! This nation is a powder keg with a fuse just waiting for Trump to start lying about election results again to light that fuse and he will do it when he loses because he faces prison when he does.

#13 | Posted by danni at 2024-10-04 08:22 AM

I'm up to Page 138 of the PDF now and it's clear that Jack Smith has outdone himself.

As for Trump interfering with the election, sometimes I get a mental picture of hundreds of worker bees buzzing around a hive with a tiny little Donald sitting inside bushing buttons.

After reading this filing I find it hard to understand how anybody in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan or Pennsylvania could even consider voting for this scamming loser.

I'm also agreeing with Judge Chutkin's decision. This thing may not ever make it to trial.

Maybe this IS the trial ~ a month out from the election.

I know the media is having a hayday.

#14 | Posted by Twinpac at 2024-10-04 11:39 AM

This will have absolutely zero impact on the election. It will barely last 2 news cycles

#15 | Posted by truthhurts at 2024-10-04 11:45 AM

Agreed, Twinpac. And now that you're at page 138, you went through the tweets and attempted corruption of Pence, and Trump directing "fire" at him.

I couldn't stop shaking my head. This is quite a read! And I knew a lot of this - just not the detail and the amount of backup evidence behind it.

Wow.

The United States better make sure Trump is not elected again. Even in defeat, even if it is unequivocal, he is going to fight and scream and try and overthrow the results. We have to be ready.

Same here. Jack Smith has more UN-official election interference than the official stuff for which the Supreme Court granted immunity.

I don't know if you heard or not, but Judge Chutkin granted Trump's lawyers an ADDITIONAL 7 days to file a response. I think they're going to need more time than that. This thing is huge, 150 pages of no-nonsense HUGE.

I don't think Trump knew how much time (on tape) that Pence spent cooperating with Jack Smith. Pence had 50 pages of contemporaneous notes. If Trump didn't know it before, he does now.

How about someone who hasn't talked to their daughter in years because she didn't vote the same way. How can I describe? Actually nothing can describe someone who is that shallow.

#18 | Posted by fishpaw at 2024-10-04 01:08 PM

This report actually offers nothing new, it simply makes an opinion that immunity doesn't cover this. It was put out there with a month left just to remind voters that Trump was under investigation. Just more dirty play that we can come to expect from the Democratic party, you know the party that is all about Democracy and clean elections.

You mean under indictment.

And as if anyone had forgotten.

Idiot.

That's why this was released when it was released, to take the border and Israel off the front page.

The media can walk and chew gum at the same time. It isn't necessarily either/or.

What do you think is happening at the border?
Every number coming in is good news for Biden/Harris.
Maybe you're right - this was put out to take attention off the border! Brilliant! /s

What do you think is happening in the ME?
Netanyahoo wants a broader war in the ME. He, like Trump, is a criminal and it's his only way of staying in power.

The media isn't going to let up on Trump. They're going all the way back to showing pictures of when Trump was separating children from their parents and had the kids locked up in a cage.

Trump's plan was to create as much pain as possible to discourage immigrants from coming into the U.S. In other words, he tortured children, some of them babies, as a means to an end.

I think we all remember those days.

#26 | Posted by Twinpac at 2024-10-04 06:05 PM

There's a movie about Jacob Soboroff's book and reporting on Trump's horrific, evil family separation policy.
www.imdb.com
Unsurprisingly the tRumphumpers are screaming and giving it 1 star (nothing lower available).

At the time I thought Trump would never survive the images of those little kids in a cage and sleeping on hard concrete floors. It was so heartbreaking. But I was wrong. The monster we saw then was only the beginning. I'd like to call him a frankenstein run amok but that wouldn't even begin to cover it.

#28 | Posted by Twinpac at 2024-10-05 08:16 AM

What bothers me, Twinpac, is that even with those images and what he did he still has support by so many people.
People around me.
