Trump knows he won't win unless he "blows" each and every racist and misogynist dog whistle available to him, no matter how disgusting to the rest of us. He loses, he goes to court, if not to jail, If he wins, he gets to rig the legal system for at least twenty years with an even more corrupt federal Supreme Court than we have now.
