Jimmy Carter Funeral

At 3:30 p.m. Thursday the motorcade carrying former President Jimmy Carter's remains arrived at the Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia. The funeral at the church was by invitation only and ended at around 5:20 p.m. with a U.S. Navy missing man formation flyover in honor of the Carter's military service.

What was strange for me was it had the Pete Hegseth Tattoo on the floor?

Why is that? Was Carter a white supremest?

It is like when Hitler was first taking over, having been elected, and he sat amongst those who refused to treat him with the contempt he deserved. In Berlin, the gatherings got larger and larger, as fascism became a terrible sickness, and then the world finally united to kill German fascism, but along the way, destroyed Berlin and other German cities, whose leaders didn't have the courage to unite and fight Hitler when it was still possible. Quite possibly,, we are screwed, just as the German people, the Russian people...so many millions were lost to Hitler.

It was a beautiful funeral, well represented by friends, family and politicians who knew about and respected the work for which he never got full credit.

As I watch the procession, complete with full military honors and a flag draped coffin, I wondered if Trump, (known as Cadet Bonespurs) who never served in the military, would have or even deserve, any such military presence at his sendoff.

Melania looked bored. I saw the other wives greeting and talking to each other but I didn't see any of them include Melania in their First Lady Clique.

I considered it but a buddy went and was in line for 5 hours and the weather has been beautiful but sh-tty to be outside for that amount of time in DC.
