Project 2025 Takes Aim at Disabled Children

Project 2025 takes aim at federal education policy, which ensures that states provide equitable education for all children, and advocates for the disabled are concerned that a second Trump administration will eliminate funding and opportunities for disabled kids, reported Mother Jones.

A neighbor that lives nearby has been displaying a very large Trump flag 24/7/365 for the last few years. I have seen one of the small school buses that pick up special needs kids driving up their long drive. If Trump's GOP does in fact eliminate the programs that help these kids, it will be interesting to see if the flag comes down.

Those people . . . " Donald said, trailing off. "The shape they're in, all the expenses, maybe those kinds of people should just die."

What a ghoul. He's the perfect representative for MAGA filth.

Oh this is tooooo good

Point and laugh at the magat scum parents of special needs children.

nces.ed.gov

The number of students ages 3"21 served under IDEA in the United States1 increased from 6.4 million in school year 2012"13 to 7.5 million in school year 2022"23.2,3 Taken as a percentage of total public school enrollment, this equates to an increase from 13 to 15 percent of students.
Federal funding for IDEA
One of the rationales used by federal policymakers for the passage of PL 94-142 was to provide states and schools districts with some
f
inancial assistance in educating students with disabilities. The federal government currently provides funding for IDEA through several
different grants, though the bulk of the funding ($11.6 billion in 2014-15) was distributed through IDEA Part B " commonly referred to
as IDEA "grants to states." Until the 2005-06 school year IDEA Part B funding was distributed to states based on their special education
student counts. However, beginning in the 2006-07 school year, the federal government changed the formula's student-count system to
discourage the over-identification of students with disabilities

#1 and #5. You idiots will believe anything. With political rhetoric there are two types of people, those that parrot it knowing it is simply politics and those that parrot it because they are simply total morons who are just too stupid to know better. You 2 fit the #2 category. Congrats.

Did you notice if they drove back down with a kid or an adult?
