Pentagon Removes Portrait of General Mark Milley

Trumpf had deep resentment toward Milley, and once called him "slow moving and thinking" and a "moron." Hours earlier, former President Joe Biden had issued a pre-emptive pardon to Milley and others against potential retaliation.
