Utah has become the first US state to ban the use of fluoride in its public water, following concerns raised by HHS Secretary RFK Jr that the mineral poses potential health risks.

You can also drown with a teaspoon of water.

So even water can be beneficial or harmful to you.

Also drinking too much water can also kill you.
