NFL won’t display ‘End Racism’ in end zones at S.B.

The words "End Racism" will not be displayed in the end zones at this year's Super Bowl, according to a report from the New York Times. The announcement was made internally to high-level NFL employees earlier this week, the New York Times confirmed. This will mark the first time since February 2021 that the "End Racism" message will not be displayed in the end zones at the Super Bowl. Many corporations and institutions have rolled back or ended their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs following the lead of President Donald Trump eliminating DEI programs in the federal government. However, NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy told the New York Times the decision to not include the "End Racism" slogan this year was in response to recent tragedies in America. Instead, the message "It Takes All of Us" will be displayed in the end zones.

As a huge airshow and fighter demo team fan I'll chime in on this.

That stuff is expensive, but it's mostly a PR and recruiting exercise. The Blue Angels and the Thunderbirds are huge airshow draws and they do great shows.

That said, they need practice, and they do a lot if it. A 4 ship flyby over a football game is really just another training flight.
