FCC Demands CBS Release Unedited Harris Interview

The Federal Communications Commission demanded that CBS provide the unedited transcript of a 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris that is the subject of a complaint to the FCC and a lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump.

Trump's handpicked FCC Chair has been spearheading an effort in his first two weeks to investigate every media outlet Trump has been critical of: NPR, PBS, NBC, ABC and CBS. Funny, the Biden FCC never requested the raw footage of any of the obviously highly edited friendly interviews of Dotard on Faux. It's like one side suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and the other side is normal. Cheering for Dotard's trans fats. It would serve him right if he was taken out by something with "trans" in its name.

I absolutely have a problem with the release of the transcript being compelled.

OTOH, basic journalistic standards would demand that the full transcript be released prior to the election.

What a riot. The prosecutor slow walked as much as possible so statue of limitations would kick in. And then came up a plea offer that was so ridiculous that the judge refused to accept it. Then went forward with the prosecution, knowing full well the big guy would issue a blanket pardon, and secured plea deals prior to the election. Biden then timed the pardon just prior to sentencing which means the convictions go away completely, like it never even happened. And you cheered all of it.

Sit this one out, junior. I'll send you to bed without supper.

No US Attorney would've brought the solo case of lying on a gun application. Not when there was no other gun crime involved.

True. But no US Attorney would bring that as a solo charge; it's always accompanied by other gun charges, including brandishing. In HB's case, he owned the gun for a fortnight, never loaded it, and never brandished it.
