I've been with several organizations who have had diversity clubs. What I've been waiting for are the clubs called, "How we are all alike", "What can we do to help each other no matter what our background is", "Lend a helping hand to anyone based on nothing".

But, instead, we continue to create clubs born from discrimination. Quite pathetic in a country built on the ideals of freedom and equality. You would think our country would be focusing on that.

In other words, if you have an entity (erase your brain of everything political) and you get these readings point:

1. This entity believes in equality and freedom
2. This entity forces people to create groups that focus on specific attributes, and in some of those groups people with other attributes are not allowed.

If you don't think those two things are contradictory, you may need to attend classes to sharpen your brain a little.
