Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear gave multiple updates Monday on flooding impacts across the state, including an update on the death toll. So far, at least 12 Kentuckians have died in storm-related incidents. The additional deaths include a man in Floyd County and a man in Hardin County. On Monday evening, he announced another, but no details yet.
