McConnell: People Will Get over Medicaid Cuts

On MSNBC's "Morning Joe," the [Punchbowl's Andrew Desiderio] noted that lawmakers were "shocked" when the outgoing [former Senator Majority Leader Mitch] McConnell told them to pass the bill and added, "I know a lot of us are hearing from people back home about Medicaid. But they'll get over it."

From the article: "This is what Senator Tillis was outlining to his colleagues," he elaborated. "You know, states like West Virginia, $6.2 billion, Missouri $6.1 billion. But then you look at North Carolina and we're looking at almost $40 billion forfeited over the next decade and it's striking to see a comment like this on the flier."

Tillis will get his ass handed to him if NC loses $40 billion. He barely won in 2020 with 48.69% of the vote.

Isn't it odd how even the regular Republicans oppose Trump? It's like being a Nazi is somehow a step too far for them.

Anyway, Shrimp is still off his meds. Can someone get him back to his padded room?

"they'll get over it."

The Chinese are already printing that on the next order of MAGA caps.

TGOI!

"But they'll get over it."

Especially when they drop dead!

More Republican compassion and understanding. Dummkopf Trumpf said after the Jan 2024 school shooting in Perry, Iowa: 'We have to get over it.'

'Get over it' = 'You American voters are either too stupid or powerless to stop any of the problems we the GOP caused, so STFU.'

McConnell is human scum.

Hope that next stroke takes him out permanently.

"But if you're able-bodied and living in your parents spare room while unemployed, you may need to get concerned."

So, you'll deprive a very few people who fit that description and deprive millions of children of working single moms whose kids are suffering from life threatening illnesses of the treatments they need.

Callousness-bred cruelty, the sordid hallmark of the I Got Mine Eff You Party of which McConnell is a withered, perfectly putrid example.
