Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered a pause in sending a shipment of missiles and ammunition to Ukraine amid concern about the U.S. military's stockpiles, according to two defense officials, two congressional officials and two sources with knowledge.

Meanwhile, Russia lost its third jet fighter of the year and Trumpf's Special Envoy says it's the Kremlin delaying peace talks. Retired US Army General Keith Kellogg: "Peskov's recent comments on the state of negotiations are Orwellian. Russian claims that it is the US and Ukraine stalling peace talks are unfounded." Kellogg emphasised that the US president has consistently and persistently advocated for progress in ending the war. "We urge an immediate ceasefire and a move to trilateral talks to end the war.
