Suspect Arrested in Kirk Assassination

Officials have identified the person accused of fatally shooting conservative activist Charlie Kirk as 22-year-old Utah resident Tyler Robinson. Utah Governor Spencer Cox said at a press conference on Friday morning that investigators arrested and identified Robinson after analyzing surveillance footage, interviewing Robinson's family members and reviewing online messages between Robinson and his roommate.

It looks like the authorities are overstating their role in capturing this suspect. His minister recognized him from the photos and told his father, who detained him until police arrived.

Given how much the shooter did to carry out the shooting and then escape, I didn't expect he'd have evidence to find on Discord that a roommate knew about. Or that he'd wear gray Converse sneakers during the crime and in personal photos on social media.

But criminals almost always do dumb things and the fact any part of their plan actually succeeded is usually a fluke.

Mr Cox said there were three unfired casings:

Kids don't come out of universities with a balanced view of the world, ergo it's toxic.

I can't think of one professor I had that was right leaning. But I knew plenty that were left leaning, and you were expected to lean left yourself.

I see no evidence to the contrary except for Catholic universities.

Evergreen wasn't an abberation.

It breeds toxic people with a left normalized distribution.

From the reporting I read his father said he'd become increasingly political over the past couple of years and brought Kirk up by name at a family dinner accusing him of spewing hate. I don't watch cable news but did stumble across a Fox clip where the host was interviewing a retired FBI profiler. This guy said that this wasn't a professional hit and that the shooter had likely become obsessed with Kirk to the point where it was the first thing on his mind when he woke up in the morning.

In the ten years I spent in higher education, I had a singular instance of a professor allowing and even causing a toxic environment in a class. She was a gender studies prof and I suggested in a class discussion that there are biological differences between sexes.

"Oh bella ciao, bella ciao, bella ciao, ciao, ciao" is from Hearts of Iron IV, a WWII strategy game, play as Hitler if you like. It's also often wrongly associated with Italian Anti-Fascists. Again popular with the Groyper group
"If you read this, you are gay LMAO" - not exactly something LGBTQ supporters say but again popular on 4Chan message boards
"Notices, bulges, OwO what's this?" - It's literally a 4Chan meme about investigating someone for being trans, popular in the Groyper community

He did wear a Trump costume on Halloween some time back.

He is NOT the same person who donated $200 to Trump's campaign.

TRN on the bullets is the name of the manufacturer. Kash Patel is an idiot.

The memes and Anti-Fascist stuff are directly from Nick Fuentes' groypers group. They are displayed constantly in their message boards INCLUDING calling Kirk a fascist.

Fuentes and his Groypers have repeatedly disrupted Kirk's events and called him fascist for not taking a hard enough stance on Immigration and for being Pro-Israel (Fuentes is a Holocaust denier and Groypers are insanely antisemitic). They believe Kirk is basically controlled opposition to the America First policy to steer people away from a true America First policy and that Kirk is undermining or watering down the policy.

Even the Reddit message boards and some top Republicans have gone from "The Leftists are violent and blood thirsty" to "...we should pray for this individual like Kirk would want us to."

It is highly unlikely this has anything to do with Epstein. These boards don't seem to care that much about it. ...in fact, quite the opposite since many hail from the Incel community...
