Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum has sent a group of firefighters and rescue personnel to help search for flood victims in Texas.

This is what civilized societies do. It is certain those on the ground are very thankful for the help given. The Mexican visitors are spreading good will, at a time of division. If Der Dotard follows through on his threat to visit the area this week, it can be sure that he will be nowhere near the Mexican team.

In a larger sense, Americans thank you for your help...

#15: Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum is simply terrific. She met her fellow Ashkenazi Jewish world leader President Volodimir Zelensky for the first time at the recent G-7 Summit in Alberta, Canada. Both were elected to lead their majority Christian countries. That would have been some meeting: Shalom! and then English with a wee bit of Yiddish thrown in here or there. That I would have enjoyed listening to.
