NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) " Immigration officials said they intend to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda, after he declined an offer to be sent to Costa Rica in exchange for remaining in jail and pleading guilty to human smuggling charges, his defense attorneys told a court Saturday.

The Trump administration is trying to save face for deporting an innocent man to an El Salvador maximum security prison.

So, if he plays along, maybe they'll give him the Maxwell treatment.

Because they f*cked up when they first shipped him off to El Salvador and instead of working to get him back, doubled down and refused to lift a finger to help an innocent man because he wasn't white.

When forced to bring him back, they used the *testimony* of a convicted felon to gin up charges against him and are now threatening him with incarceration in an overseas gulag because he won't accept a plea deal for the fake charges.

They are afraid that when he gets his due process he is entitled to it will expose just how corrupt the entire DHS and DOJ are.

The coverup is always worse than the crime.
