Fox "News" host Jesse Watters called for the gassing or bombing of the United Nations building on The Five. Watters claimed that an insurrection was attempted when "they" attempted to sabotage Donald Trump's UN speech but shutting down the escalator and turning off his teleprompter, both things which were done by Trump's own people. Watters stated "they sabotaged the teleprompter. I mean, this is an insurrection, and what we need to do is either leave the UN or we need to bomb it. It is in New York, though, right? Could be some fallout there"alright. Maybe gas it?"

If you watch the video of Pres Trump walking onto the escalator, you may see two things.
1) as soon as Pres Trump puts his weight on the escalator, the escalator stops. Was a weight limit reached?
2) before Pres Trump walked on to the escalator, a cameraman was on it before his and was walking backwards up the escalator, filming Pres Trump. The cameraman accidentally stepped onto the safety mechanism at the top of the escalator when he did not step off properly.

... The United Nations issued a statement about the mishap, saying that the elevator stopping might have been triggered for safety as a videographer was standing backwards ahead of the president trying to film him.
"The safety mechanism is designed to prevent people or objects accidentally being caught and stuck in or pulled into the gearing. The videographer may have inadvertently triggered the safety function described above," the U.N. statement said.
"Our technician, who was at the location, reset the escalator as soon as the delegation had climbed up to the second floor. A subsequent investigation, including a readout of the machine's central processing unit, indicated that the escalator had stopped after a built-in safety mechanism on the comb step was triggered at the top of the escalator," the U.N. statement continued. "The safety mechanism is designed to prevent people or objects accidentally being caught and stuck in or pulled into the gearing.
