A Chicago pastor is suing the Trump administration after ICE agents shot him in the head with pepper balls.

Reverend David Black, other faith leaders, journalists, and protestors have joined a class action lawsuit alleging ICE violated their First Amendment rights during protests outside a detention center. The brutality of this regime is on full display.

NYPD recently signed a contract with an Israeli security firm. If/when Zohran Mamdani wins in NYC next month, that contract will be scrapped. Zohran will most likely eight-six the NYPD intelligence program that sends Detectives (First Grade) to Tel Aviv, Madrid, London et al who are embedded in US Embassies to share counter-terrorism information with the local police departments, something the USIC already does.

Pastors are just people. But they are people who do care enough to devote themselves to helping others. It's an honorable profession that has been tarnished by some bad actors.

But I agree that they have no more rights than the rest of us. And if they are true pastors (and not grifters) they will agree.

The Bible and God do not belong to the Christians. It's open to interpretation by all of us that can read.

And they are not the final arbiters of what it means.
