Surrey UK police are investigating allegations that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor participated in 'paedo ring parties' in the 1990s.
The alleged victim (now aged 35) claimed there were repeated instances of abuse connected to Jeffrey Epstein's network:
" ... didn't just happen in one place, and it didn't involve just one man. I was restrained on a table and tortured with electrical shocks by Ghislaine Maxwell and surrounded by watching men. I remember seeing Prince Andrew's face.'
The victim then described trying to sneak out', but claimed Ghislaine Maxwell caught me and beat me with the bristle end of a broom.'
