In the SDNY document, plaintiff "prays" for relief from the Court, not the more common "seeks" relief from the Court.

Wow.

Some judges in SDNY and EDNY preferred certain language or terms, which might be the case here.

Attorneys and AUSAs know the USDJs they are dealing with.

And only about half the story has been told of Epstein and how he accumulated hundreds of millions of dollars from big money and big banks. I get corruption, grifting Trump style, but I am honestly surprised at how many super rich powerful men got caught up in the nightmare called Trump/Epstein.

As I have said over and over, only a complete moron, that would be you Corky, would believe all of the files weren't gone over when Biden had control of them praying that they could find dirt on Trump. Would have been a lot easier than trying to jail, bankrupt and assassinate him.
